Access restored. Jeff reported 7/23 he had NEVER been able to log in (invalid username/password) and had not seen any leads the whole time on the platform, explains his ~2-week silence after being engaged early July. Reset his GHL login this morning and texted him working credentials (username jgpacpool@gmail.com, password sent in-thread). Awaiting his confirmation that he can now get in and see leads. Follow up tomorrow if silent. Part of the portfolio-wide login/calendar access gap (also Kevin, Maggie, Ricardo/Worthey, Dean Fabian).
SMS (billing): Jeff engaging on the $100k lead - said pool+spa is hard under 100k. Coached him: guide the homeowner (phase the spa, right-size the pool), work with their budget to win vs other builders. Jeff now actively working leads in-app (churn risk fully resolved, engaged).
SMS (billing): Jeff now IN the app and viewing real leads - confirms his no leads complaint was a login/visibility issue, now RESOLVED. He shared a live lead ($100k budget cap, already getting quotes from other builders). Coached him: comparing = buyer, move fast with competitive quote. WIN: turned a churn-risk complaint into an engaged, coached contractor. Root cause = contractors not logged in to see leads (same as Greg pattern).
SMS (billing): Jeff replied app.gohighlevel.com re: login. Confirmed that URL + LeadConnector app work with his login, told him leads show under Conversations tab, asked if he can see them now + how the Jason Summerhays appt went. Working theory: his no leads complaint was really not-logged-in-to-see-them (same pattern as Greg).
Spoke with Jeff to follow up on his LeadConnector login. He explained that the original link I sent did not take him to a login page, so he was unable to access the platform. He also tried downloading the app but still couldn't find a way to log in.
I identified the issue and sent him the correct login link (**app.gohighlevel.com**) along with instructions to use the email and password that were previously provided.
Jeff was driving at the time of the call, so he plans to test the login once he's safely stopped. He will follow up and let us know if he's able to access the account or if he needs any additional assistance.
Spoke with Jeff to follow up on his LeadConnector app access. He confirmed that he has not received any login credentials and is currently unable to access the app. We need to provide him with his username and password so he can monitor leads, conversations, and appointments from his phone.
We also reviewed the James Sires/Maria Gomez appointment. Jeff explained that he had already spoken with them during a live transfer and originally scheduled the appointment for Saturday. The prospect later canceled before the meeting. There was some confusion because the appointment had been moved multiple times in the system.
Jeff requested that **weekday appointments not be scheduled before 4:00 PM**, as he is unavailable during the day. His preferred availability is:
* **Monday–Friday:** After 4:00 PM
* **Saturday:** Available
* **Sunday:** Unavailable
He also mentioned that he has another appointment scheduled for **6:00 PM** and plans to follow up with that prospect.
**Action Items:**
* Send Jeff his LeadConnector login credentials.
* Update his scheduling preferences to avoid weekday appointments before 4:00 PM and never schedule on Sundays.
* Ensure future appointment changes are clearly communicated to avoid scheduling confusion.
SMS (billing): provided prospect Jason Summerhays phone (435-668-1950) for Jeffs 6pm appt today. Note: appointment threads live in appointment-setting sub-account not reachable via current PITs.
SMS reply (SAVE): client reports zero leads received. Owned it, committed to investigate lead flow with team + follow up with answer/fix (no hard deadline). ACTION: verify campaign is live/delivering on main account.
SMS check-in: asked how leads landing, anyone close.

Yes, I spoke with Jeff, and he mentioned that he had a Zoom meeting with Nico. During the meeting, Nico came up with a solution to address the issues they were facing.
That said, it’s been a bit of a rough start since two of Jeff’s credit cards were declined by Facebook. Despite those setbacks, we’re moving forward and are going to give it a go.
